One Kontakt and 16 audio sources in the mixer? This was created after the impossible attempt to have a FL studio template storing all my orchestral instruments (about 111 Kontakt loads and associated BRSO / Midi out). Just in case, I have done that more or less for most of the Kontakt stuff I own as summarized here. In some case, you need to have Kontakt learning the midi automation (right click on what you need to automate in Kontakt then move the corresponding knob in midi out or BRSO).

So what else do you need to do? Eventually, you can review the GUI of your Kontakt instruments for the CC automation information or articulation mapping (keyswitches) or simply reading their user manual (when availableвЂ¦ see my post on Aria Sounds instruments). While midi out can help handling midi information (like dynamic, tremolo,вЂ¦), BRSO articulate let you also handle articulations in different midi channels in the piano roll (YouвЂ™ll find a video from Alex Moukala explaining this: here). In FL Studio, you can route the different instruments using midi out or a free plugin called BRSO articulate. Some of that setup can be planned ahead by creating presets. The drawback is that the access to your instruments requires a little bit of a midi and audio setup in your DAW. The benefit of doing so is that you can have 16 instruments in one Kontakt instance instead of loading 16 Kontakts instances вЂ“ one for each instrument вЂ“ saving a little bit of your computer resources.
